We are excited to offer this new ministry that includes educational materials, articles, and resources as well as monthly events to maximize the individual’s wellness journey.

The free suicide prevention community film screening and panel brings speaker Emma Benoit to share her powerful documentary, My Ascension, which follows her journey after her suicide attempt. The film is part of Emma’s nationwide efforts to spread hope and fight suicide. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions of Emma and others participating in the panel who have been impacted by suicide. Support and resources will be available at the event. Whenever we speak openly and honestly about brain health, we lessen the stigma surrounding it and help each other to heal.
