Caring for Each Other Our Pastoral Care Team work closely Associate Pastor Kaity Kemp in helping create a fulfilling spiritual atmosphere for our members and friends at First Congregational.
Spiritual Life and Worship is a vital part of the First Congregational community. It includes creative worship with vibrant and meaningful music, as well as tending to the spiritual well-being of every member and guest at the church. Pastoral care, both by the clergy and by a group of trained dedicated members, are always available in times of crisis and need.
Our Pastoral Care Team is a loving and caring ministry available to members and friends. Trained devoted congregation members are ready to serve and provide people with confidential, one-to-one, reliable listening care that can extend beyond the pastoral care provided by our pastor.
The Church Life ministry are volunteers who regularly send cards to congregants and friends who are experiencing life events happy and sad. Words of kindness and prayers of generosity are offered.
